Star ferry pier will close on November 12 2006.Our government now is disappointed to us again.
Star Ferry Pier since at 1957, not very old, not enough be historical relics (at least my father was older),But in 60's every citizen cross over Tsim Sha Tsui or Hung Hom by this pier,so Star Ferry Pier was growing by degrees into traffic center.Many citizen,Their wedding photo all may see Star Ferry Pier.Because after 1962 The Hong Kong City Hall is a building near Star Ferry Pier.The hall most important function is Marriage registry,Many people a wedding located at there.Many many romantic memorys recorded in there.
